1. Call us on (03) 9642 0669, or mail your  inquiry to victorkon@centurionrealestate.com.au Kindly provide some basic details such as your property address and your contact details. We will setup an appointment to meet you at your property or in our Melbourne CBD office. Either myself or a senior Property Manager will address all your questions that you may have regarding the marketing, advertising and the management of your property.
2. Sign and return the “Managing Authority” documentsOnce all your questions are answered and you are satisfied with our service proposal, CENTURION will prepare the “Managing Authority” for you to sign. This is just an “authority to act”, again we stress the same law applies, if you are not happy, contented, or satisfied with our property management services, you can change us anytime.
Once the “authority to act” has been signed, we will handle the rest -

From collecting the files & keys from the existing Agent to contacting your tenants and advising of them of the change. There is no need to contact your existing Agent as we will do that for you.
