Our property managers perform the following duties on behalf of our clients:

  • Find and secure quality tenants for your property
  • Screen and qualify tenants
  • Perform Tenants reference check
  • Prepare Property condition report
  • Take pictures of your property to supplement the condition report
  • Prepare Lease and Tenancy Agreement Contract
  • Collect Bond and submit it to RTBA
  • Routine inspection to ensure property is well maintained
  • Preparation of Routine inspection report for Owner
  • Collect rental fortnightly/monthly accordingly
  • Directly transfer the rent into your bank account once cleared (we don’t wait until 15th of every month)
  • Manage Tenants problems & issues diplomatically
  • Organize tradesmen or property maintenance related work to assist your property
  • General property maintenance liaison
  • Submit and lodge relevant VCAT forms
  • Attend VCAT on your behalf
  • Prepare and issue Owners Statements
